Company Description

The Company was incorporated on Aug 12,1939. It is a Spinning cum a Composite Textile Mills , at Pali - a district headquarter in the LNB Groustern Rajasthan.    MSUM is a part of the LN Bangur Group and is listed at Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai and Calcutta Stock exchange , Kolkata. The Textile unit is technically and technologically well-upgraded, operationally efficient, environmentally compliant and consented corporate entity. Over the years the company has emerged as a prudent and financially sound entity. Overview of the Textile Unit : Yarns Business :   The Company manufactures industrial yarns, Carded/Combed Hosiery and weaving yarns, bleached/mercerised sewing thread yarns in Cotton; and Grey Polyester Viscose Blended and 100% Viscose Yarns. Having completed the technology up-gradation cum expansion plans , the present installed capacity is 109344 Ring spindles and 1896 OE Rotors having a total output of about 70 tons/day.  Implementation of innovative plans at successive stages has enabled the company to achieve a transformational change in the segregated equipments line-up and systems in keeping with the latest trends in the domestic as well as international markets for quality cotton yarns which has been the business mainstay of the company. The technology lead acquired and being kept up through drive of continuous up-gradation enables the Company to supply world class Cotton yarns meeting the best international quality parameters. The ideally sized and well segregated capacities enable the company to commit and meet on-time delivery performances consistently.
