MAJEED & SONS STEELS PVT LIMITED operations comprise of 2 running Re-Rolling Mill Plants while our new State of art fully-Automatic Plant is being installed, all located in the industrial hub of SITE Karachi Majeed Steels underlying business goal is to be an efficient and competitive producer of Steel Bars, while priority has always been to master the art of making steel, improving and building from strength to strength thus offering customers the best quality steel Bars at affordable prices through an efficient delivery system The reason behind our competitive edge: The plant at Majeed Steels is the only Steel Bars Plant in Karachi using 100% imported Hot Rolled Billets, Grade 60 standards (with optimum level of carbon & manganese level) as a parent raw material. All products are rolled exclusively from Hot Rolled Imported Billets confirming to Grade 60 standards, manufactured by recognized Blast Furnaces only, which use IRON ORE and NOT WASTE METAL SCRAP based furnaces which is used mostly by other local integrated plants for manufacturing Billet while the ultimate result is: “Majeed Steel (M S) is regarded as a premium quality brand confirming to not only Physical standards but also Chemical standards in Steel” OUR MISSION Majeed Steels aims to be one of the leading Steel Bars Manufacturers, we aspire to provide complete customer Satisfaction by offering High Grade Concrete Reinforcement Steel Bars at competitive prices and to create an environment which can contribute to Build our Country. We are providing High Grade Steel to all the sectors of the economy, and to all four corners of Pakistan. We strive to work together to build our country and also educate the customers about their Construction Projects. We believe in gaining our customers’ trust, which is essential for long term relationships. Our sales team is available round the clock for regular visits to construction sites for pre and post sales Service. PRODUCTION CAPACITY At Majeed Steels we believe in continuous modernization of plant and machinery, and in this regards a new fully-Automatic Plant is being installed which is expected to commence production in December 2016. Currently, we have 2 running production units with manufacturing capacity of approx. 200 MT per day, while with the addition of 3rd production unit, our production capacity will reach about 450 MT per day, accumulating to at least 140,000 MT per annum All sizes ranging from 9.5mm to 40mm Steel Bars are manufactured and we also have the capability to produce in cut to length requirements to reduce wastage & overall steel consumption, Our Machinery also includes latest In house Laboratory (Servo controlled fully computerized Universal Testing Machine).
