Unique Cement Industries Limited is a subsidiary of Bangladeshbased Meghna Group of Industries. Meghna Group of Industries wasestablished in 1976. It started it's business with FMCG. Over aperiod it has grown into a large business house with 37 differentbusinesses.Unique Cement Industries Limited was established in the year 2001& started cement production with total production capacity of0.67 MTPA. During 2007, the production capacity was augmented to1.37 MTPA. The production capacity was enhanced to 2.68 MTPA in theyear 2012. With further addition of another state of the artproduction line based on Polycom (German) Technology, the totalproduction capacity has increased to 4 MTPA in the year 2013.Unique Cement Industries Ltd is the first one to have this latesttechnology cement manufacturing facility in Bangladesh. CEM-I, CEM-II A-M, CEM-II B-M, PPC 33 grade cement is beingproduced under stringent quality control systems.
