Greetings! Mgalodon, Inc. US company seeking a Taiwanese partner who can provide high quality, good service and competitive pricing. Experience shipping to the US is a must in order to provide best shipping cost.
We do 30-40 projects per month, mostly of cardstock jackets and "digipak" style packaging, for both cd and dvd. We also specialize in "eco-friendly" papers, such as recycled and fiberboard (kraft) papers.

Below are our requirements for all projects:

Disc Printing: to  include up to 5C (4c + white) offset or silkscreen
Prepress: disc films included
Proofing: printed test disc with data  

For Printed Packaging:
Prepress:  packaging films included
Proofing:  color matchprints (film based) for printed packaging

Proof  Set (test disc and printed packaging matchprint) Shipping:
International overnight 1 set to client.
International overnight 1 set to Megalodon (Note &＃8211; on the 1000 quantity runs, you can send test disc and matchprint at the same time to save cost).
Prefer FedEx shipping on  Proofsets.
Assembly: insertion of disc & cellophane or shrink wrap (as appropriate)

Return Shipping of final product to-door to client.
Please be sure to include all clearance fees,  and duty (ex-  dvds require duty but not cds).
Note - we much prefer to not use FedEx International due to severe problems with damage & lateness. DHL or UPS would be better on the 1k-5k/10k
Larger quantity?s will go via different methods such as airfreight or sea freight

Final Production Samples: 5-10 depending on quantity - final production samples sent International overnight to Megalodon at same time (or sooner) as Final Product shipping to client.

Licensing Requirements -  we do have to have licensing documents in place as we are audited yearly by Phillips Consortium for compliance.
