Midas Beverages Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 18th August 2010 having its registered office at Unit no: 12.06, 12th Floor, Menara TJB, No: 9, Jalan Syed Mufti, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim. In Greek mythology, Midas is popularly remembered for his ability to turn everything he touched into gold. This was called the Midas touch or the Golden touch. The logo is represented by the ELECTRON shell diagram for gold consisting of 2, 8, 18, 32, 18, 1 shells per electron. The theme "WATER IS LIFE" was chosen as it is one of the main components for life to exist. As expounded by Albert Szent Gyorgyi, Nobel Peace prize winner for Medicine in 1937, "Water is life's mater and matrix, mother and medium. There is no life without water."
