Nanjing Southern Telecom (NST)----a subsidiary company of Nanjing Postel Telecommunications Co., LTD, was formed in 1992 and is located in Nanjing High-New Technology Industry Development Zone. NST is a high-new technology company specializing in designing, producing, marketing and servicing of multimedia and data communication products as Nanjing Southern Telecom Co., Ltd.ll as network integration.
Since its foundation, NST keeps on exploiting and innovating, and is growing at very fast speed. The company has registered capital of 50 million Yuan with yearly sales volume of 200 million RMB and about 200 staffs. We specially emphasizes on the enterprise management. Manufacturing resources planning system (MRP-II) has been put into use. We have established full quality system and got ISO9002 quality system certification. We are devoted to build software and hardware environment. In 1997, a set of advanced SMT production line was introduced to support the manufacture of OEM products and our own products. We also introduced peak welding, after-service work station, on-line test, trouble shooting, baking box and cable-production line. Besides, we?ve already set up cable & wireless network and their application labs. We also projected equipments installation of international giant manufacturers throughout China, such as Nortel? Lucent?Polycom?etc.
NST focuses on talent training all along. Dozens of staffs have been sent abroad to Nortel and Lucent for training on advanced management, R&D technology and manufacturing technique etc. The systemic training on-the-job is carrying on in NST. 80% of staffs have college degree or above and are enriched with experiences in marketing, engineering and product developing.
