The company started operations with ?ema?brand of products and its first offering was peas. Now the company deals with a wide range of products. The company manufactures the following products: National Hema Peas, Jodhpuri Jaljeera and Thandai Powder beside others. National Food is headquartered in New Industrial Area, Jodhpur.

?Jaljira Powder: It is a rejuvenating health drink made from cumin seed, citric acid, tatric acid, dry ginger, fenu greek, black pepper, kandanthippti, parsley, dry mango, asafoetida, mint leaves, black salt, salamoniac, caraway, chilly powder and white salt.
?Canned Dry Peas: The canned dry peas are sold under the brand name Surbhi. The peas are processed in a solar plant and canned in superior quality of packaging material. It has longer shelf life. It contains only permitted colors and class II preservatives.
?Canned Processed Peas: The canned processed peas are sold under the brand Parakh. They are also processed in a solar plant and contains only permitted colors and class II preservatives.
?Canned Frozen Peas: The company also offers canned frozen peas.
?FlavNational Food Productsed Thandai: Hema thandai powder is a cool drink powder made from almond, pistachio, saffron, magaj, popyseed, sugar, cardamom, white pepper, black pepper, rose petal, aniseed, milk powder, permitted colours and added flavours.
?Cooking Spices: The company manufactures and exports a wide range of basic ground spices as well as blended masalas.
?Indian Pulses: The company supplies pulses and dals also. The pulses are sortexed and adhere to quality standards.
