Ordering Online
We encourage you to feel comfortable ordering your goods. Our online system is 100% secure. Alternatively you may pay by Money-Gram, Bank Transfer and Western Union.
A bank transfer may delay your order while we wait for your funds to credit, so you should allow an additional 5-7 business day for dispatch of your order. Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of their receipt, we will accept their return and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 5-7 days of your receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and wigs that are set in curls or in style must not be brushed or combed out. To be exchanged or credited the returned wig must be free of scent, the aroma of tobacco smoke and hairspray. You must return goods by DHL Service Recorded Delivery and keep the receipt.
