1. Introduction

Nde Emmanuel LTD is an Agro-Industrial Complex that
grows processes and markets tropical export crops.
It operates in South Africa in the Southern African sub-region. Its
operations management is directed by a General Manager and governed by
a Board of Directors also headed by a Chairman.
Currently, its plantations cover a total of approximately 38, 000
Hectares of land and constitutes a workforce of over 9, 000 employees
making it the second highest employer after the state of Cameroon.

There are two Oil Mills located at in the Free State area and Port Elizabeth which are
also two major Towns in South Africa. The mills produce top quality Edible Oil
and Palm Oil and Palm Kernels and other related products like in Agriculture and most domains.

The mills are managed by Mill Managers who are all engineers. They are
closely supported by Mill Engineers and technicians in different
respect in running the mills. The processing capacity of Free state Mill
is 55tons/Hr while that of Port Elizabeth Mill is 35 tons/Hr. To keep the
mills running for maximum output, a maintenance scheme is put in place
