AT USD  40.00  PER MT, INCLUDING USD 2,00  FOR COMMISSION

CLAUSE    PRICE

1.SELLER shall deliver Nickel ore Based on F.O.B ST MV and trimmed on board a geared vessel at 1 (one) safe anchorage at Loading Point ,South East SulaNickel Indosi , Indonesia.

2. ?SALES PRICE? shall be by  100% CASH BY TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER   =
USD 40.00  per Metric Tonnage of Nickel ore delivered as directed by Article 3.

3.  SELLER  all payment method should 100% Cash by T/T, 50 : 40 : 10 bases.

4. Review Price will be review very 3 (three) months

CLAUSE   PAYMENT TERMS

Terms and Conditions payment by ?BUYER? to ?SELLER? :

1.50 % (Fifty Percent) Down Payment, AFTER SIGNING CONTRACT, Inspection Site Visit at Mining site , with min goods/ stock ready at Mining Site  ?30% from Total Quantity in Purchasing Contract, Analysis (COA) by Independent Surveyor PT. INTERTEK.

2. 40 % (Forty Percent) after PRE SHIPMENT by issued  Certificate Of  Analysis (COA) by Independent Surveyor PT. INTERTEK maximal 3 (three)  days and before transshipment on board Mother Vessel with min goods/ stock ready for Loading ?70% from total Quantity in Purchasing Contract.

3, 10 % (Forty Percent) after BL issued from Shipping(Mother Vessel) company within 3 banking days.
