Niche Lighting provides specialist knowledge of the lighting design and manufacturing process.

For six years Ningbo Beilun Niche Lighting Co., Ltd. have been under contract for some of the largest lighting brands in the Industry, we have now re-positioned ourselves to supply low volumes to a larger number of customers and enjoy widening our product offering within the skills we have.

Our factory is split into the following departments..

-- Design & Engineering --
Using the latest lighting design software we are able to accurately create an environment to scale with the correct reflective surfaces, position a virtual light within the environment, setting the power and type of the bulb and then create light and reflection maps. This allows our lighting engineers to analyse existing reflectors and design application specific reflectors without any trial and error.
Solid Works allows us to quickly share drawings with customers as we collaboratively work together, The finalised drawings are then easily distributed to the individual department heads for sample making and production.

- Metal Shop
The metal shop is equipped with pipe and bar cutters, guillotines, punching and stamping machines, spot welding, grinding, sheet and pipe bending as well as pattern rolling machines for stucco and other reflector patterns. If its made from sheet, pole or bar metal your in safe hands!

- Vinyl Shop
Through a number of enquiries we decided to expand into Vinyl welding including TPU and PVC, we have 5 small welding machines and 1 large machine, cutting table and machine in a clean environment allowing us to create anything from pool liners, water tanks and much more, combining the strengths of the Vinyl shop with the Metal shop has allowed a large diversity in the products we can produce.

- Electrical Assembly
Many of the products from the Metal shop have electrical components added to make semi assembled or completely assembled products, having our own assembly gives us greater control over delivery times and quality control.

Our electrical engineers and product designers will be with you every step of the way, helping you to bring your brand and designs to life, they are on hand to guide you through the process of specifying and growing your hydroponics range.

Our long standing vendors for sewing, powder-coating, solid wood and more work with us to truly open our ability to produce many exciting and new products.
