Ningbo Kaili Machinery Mould Co., Ltd combines development, design(including casting design and simulation analysis) and manufacturer, adopting CAD / CAE / CAM / CMM technology to design mold, optimizing in advance with international advanced MAGMA simulation solidification software, due to advanced technology, excellent craftmanship and strong strength, we maintain leading level in domestic mold industry.


The company covers an area of 36,000 square meters, construction area of 28,000 square meters, fixed assets of 90 million yuan, annual production capacity of 95 million yuan, there are about 150 employees, including 36 professional engineers. Introduced imported gantry processing center, vertical processing center, CNC EDM machine, CNC cutting machine, high-precision 460 tons closing device, trilinear coordinates measuring instrument, high-precision universal milling machine, CNC lathe, large grinding machine and other 80 large-scale advanced equipment, processing scope and accuracy is in leading level in this mold industry.
