We can assist with the purchase, renovations, expansion and/or conversion of most asset-based projects, such as Hotels/Motels, Convention Centres, Ski-Resorts and/or All-year Resort Centres, Golf & Country Clubs, Casinos, Theme/Amusement Parks, Sports and Leisure Centres, Housing Projects, Franchise Development, etc., or any Government backed and secured Projects, such as Hospitals, Power & Energy Projects, Airports, Seaports, Infrastructure Programs, etc.

In the first instance, would you therefore please email or mail us your approximately 6-8 page Executive Summary and ensure that solid and complete well-written Business Plans are available.

Unless included in the Plan, we may also require a separate use-of-funds schedule and a draw-down schedule, together with an appraisal of the construction component of any project, the issuing date of which ought not to be less than six months old.
