We have developed a flavour library consisting of over 40, 000 flavours and will increase our development efforts in some key trends. We benefit from the presence of two in- house flavourists who are surrounded with specialists in essential oils, analytical chemistry, and regulatory matters. Our newly enhanced facilities include an applications laboratory, and we are in the process of obtaining new key quality certifications and ratings such as HACCP, GMP, AIB, and ISO 9001. Moreover, we can count on a full-time on-site Rabbi and a dedicated sales force in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver & the Caribbean.Novotastes mission is to become a leading solutions provider of flavours, flavouring ingredients, and flavouring systems.Our growth will be sustained by providing our customers with the same stability and reliability of the large manufacturers while allowing our clients to benefit from our unique flexibility.
