MODE OF OPERATION. an official letter of intent accepting our simple procedures and impute in the LOI. address to the OBOSA Resources group the seller and allotte mandate from end buyer along with with the end buyer bank official letter confirming buyer has money/ funds to pay for products. this will generate from seller full corporate with proof of product ( POF ) authority to sell & ( ATS ) NNPC Confirmation letter and the draft contract. agreement (SPA) buyer confirm proof of POP. after satisfactory confirmation. buyer sign contract and buyer bank send POF directly to seller bank.
