Ocean Fashion Limited is a full service fashion manufacturer in the heart of Chinas textile Industry. Ocean Fashion Limited own and operate three factories in Shunde, Guangdong to provide an integrated solution from design to production. Our Hong Kong showroom provides samples, quality control and product development to customers worldwide. Our three factories - Garment factory: Established 1994 and consists of 300 workers. The maximum production capacity is 100, 000 pieces per month. We specialize in fine women&＃039;s pants, jackets, skirts, capris, dresses, vests, and jeans. Fabrics include ramie cotton denim, ramie cotton twill, denim cotton twill, canvas, poplin corduroy linen and Velveteen Washing plant: Established 2006 and consists of 600 workers. It creates many popular effects like creasing or fading. Steam plant: Established 2006 and consists of 150 workers. This plant provides the steam process steam to our washing plant and the surrounding industrial district. Steam is used to iron, wash, dye, and power all sorts of processes involved in making the jeans. Priority access to steam is a quality control advantage. About USD $150 million has been invested in this project.
