1. Buyer issues ICPO+SOFT PROBE to END SELLER COMPANY
2. END SELLER COMPANY verifies documentation and issues FCO to the Buyer
3. Buyer sign, seal and return FCO with procedure acceptance letter to END SELLER COMPANY
4. END SELLER COMPANY issues Draft Contract to Buyer open for amendments
5. Buyer make amendments if any, sign and return Draft Contract to END SELLER COMPANY for perusal and final endorsement.
6. END SELLER COMPANY co-signs, seals and issues the Final Notarized / legalized PDF Contract alongside the Partial POP Documents such as listed below:
a. Export License
b. Tax Payer Company Registration Certificate
c. Product Certificate of Quality and Quantity (Analytic Report)
d. Loading Port and Terminal Information
e. Product Safety and Material Data Sheet
f. Export Tax and Duty Calculation Fee Invoice
7. Buyer and END SELLER COMPANY signs charter party agreement and negotiates shipping terms with the Shipping Company
8. END SELLER COMPANY sends two (2)copies of all documents via mail and courier to buyer and its bank and then SWIFT FULL POP with other relative documents directly to the Buyer?s Bank as indicated below:
a. Copy of Approval to Export, issued by the department of the Ministry of Justice, Russian Federation.
b. Copy of statement of availability of the product.
c. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
d. Copy of the Pipeline Corporation contract to transport the product to the Loading Por
