Equipped in Bekasi Plant of 13 unit shell core box, 7 unit Hanger shot blasting machine, 24 unit feetling, 9 unit melting induction furnace, 3 unit moulding machine, 3 unit pP.T. BAKRIE TOSANJAYAing, 7 unit sandplant machine, 9 line grinding machine, painting facilities , Laboratoty facility and McShop Facility.
Equipped in Cakung Plant of 6 unit shell core box, 3 unit Hanger shot Blasting machine,3 units melting induction furnace, 2 unit moulding machine, 3 unit pouring, 2 line grinding machine, 1 unit sand plant machine and laboratory facilities
Equipped in Serang Plant of 2 line forging shop, 4 unit meelting induction furnace, 1 moulding machine, 1 unit sandplant machine,2unit hanger shot blasting machine,1 unit triming, 1 line grinding machine , mc shop facilitiy and quality facility
The plants nominal installed capacity 62,400 ton molten metal per annum with type of material from Grey and Ductile Cast Iron.
