Peena Trader having established in the year 1960 in the field of manufacturing Electrical, Electronics & Temperature controls, manufacture Thermocouples, Panel Components, L.E.D Modules, Lighted Rocker Switches, Measuring Instruments Test Leads, Temperature controllers, Digital Thermometer, Temperature Handle Probes, Thermostats & Energy Regulators.Our factory is spreaded in 100sq. mts. Area. We are operating with 29 employees including 7 in managerial & supervisory category. Our turn over for the financial year 2001-02 was over 10 Million Rupees.We are a company making products certified by Bureau of Indian Standards since last five years & still continued.We have fully equipped Laboratory occupying 100 sq. ft. for compliance testing. Instruments we use is duly calibrated by the standard approved Lab.We have well laid out Quality policy and is religiously followed by everybody in our factory. We have well trained equipped Quality-Assurance Department. We are gearing up ourselves for ISO-9000 procedures.We have inward inspection stage where every incoming material is inspected as per standard quality sampling plans, Q.A surveillance at various stages of the process. Then Q.C. stages & then reliability Tests shall be performed. We are using different statistical techniques for defect analysis to improvise the process continuously.For every item we manufacture, the job-card is generated, giving all the data of raw material and process to be used and tests to be performed.We hope by intelligent steady efforts & team work towards continuous improvement we shall achieve and maintain the performance to the 100% satisfaction for all our more then 500 customers.
