d)   Length:     Used RAILS ?shall be cut to 1.5-meters lengths (One Point Five Meters Length)
e)   Contract:  12-months, with rollovers and extensions.
f)    Payment:  DLC ?Irrevocable, non-transferable, established by a top major bank for 100% invoice  value, payable at sight, immediately (without any undue delays) upon confirmation of our   laboratory at port of unloading confirming the Q & Q (quality & quantity).
g)Performance Bond: Two Percent (2%) by Seller.
