PetroChem Training services support large oil and gas projects and small projects with site-specific services that are tailored to the customer's needs.  We meet the business demands of our customers with engineering solutions backed-up with technology services.  Our diverse experience includes projects in the chemical, energy, gas and oil facilities.  Tasks that we manage include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

PSM Expertise/Capabilities in areas of the 29 CFR 1910.119 Regulations
Perform special safety offshore/onshore technical support and specialized engineering services
Perform Quantitative Risk Assessments.
Organize, plan, and facilitate PHAs, HAZOPs, LOPAs, and SILs. Also track recommendations with solutions until completion.
Plan, Design and Implement Operation and Maintenance Training Programs for the petroleum and energy facilities.
Perform Process Safety Management Audits.
Research, plan, develop and implement the Skill Based Pay Training Program.
Perform refinery shutdown and turnaround tasks.
