Limited liability company ���« Plant of PoPlant Of Power Engineeringr Engineering���» is a manufacturer of valves in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. LLC ���« Plant of Power Engineering���» produces ball valves, intended to operate as a locking device for pipelines transporting natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas by GOST 5542 and GOST 20448, petroleum products, water, vapor, corrosive liquids, in the various units and complexes, manually and remotely ( electro and pneumatic actuator). Body of ball valves is produced from steel grade 20, or stainless steel grade 12X18H10T. Ball and shaft is produced from stainless steel grade 40X13 or 12X18H10T. Sealing for ball and shaft is produced from fluoroplastic F4. Ball valves satisfy the specifications: Diameter of nominal bore DN mm �¢ï¿½ï¿½ from 6 to 800; Working pressure PN, MPa- from 0, 6 to 16, 0 MPa; Working temperature from -40 to +200 C; Working feeding �¢ï¿½ï¿½ from either side; Impermeability of the gate is A by GOST 9544-93 Setting position of the valve in the pipeline �¢ï¿½ï¿½ any; Connecting dimensions and types of flanges for the version with flange connection by GOST 12815-80. Ball valves are made for underground installation without pit (for natural gas), as well as ball valves under the foam insulation with an elongated stem (for heating). The warranty period of ball valves 24 months from the date of the valves in operation, but not more than 36 months from the date of shipment to the manufacturer. All products have the appropriate permission of the Department of Supervision of Safety in Industry - State Industrial Inspectorate of the Republic of Belarus.
