The polar holding has been producing tvs since 1994. In 2000, Polar Company were the first in Russia to come out with digital TV sets in which we incorporated a new digitotal technology, developed and introduced by our own experts. Later it was patented as an original innovation.

Rich in colour and sharp quality of images, reliability and the most modern technological solutions that are used in production of polar tvs have been highly praised by experts: In 2001 the polar televisions were awarded gold medal at the 4th all-russia inter-branch exhibition. Since then home electronics experts who conduct comparative studies and laboratory tests of different makes of tvs, highly praised polar TV models for their top quality performance.

Indeed, such appraisal underscores our desires and efforts to produce really perfect products. First of all, we purchase and import spares for polar TV models from world leading producers of TV parts. Secondly, the polar holding experts constantly develop and implement their own advanced technological solutions which ensure very high reliability of the electronic products. For instance, all polar TV sets are equipped with an embedded auto voltage power system - such feature is a must in the country where power surges is a common phenomenon in many provinces. Other customized features of all the polar televisions include those which enable them to satisfactorily function even if signals from TV stations or cable networks are either weak or not standard, or both. For instance, we were the first among Russian TV producers to develop and introduce in polar TV sets an additional antenna amplifier of TV signals as well as a system for background noise suppression - both innovations helped to upgrade the quality of pictures and sound.

In 2001, a 3-year warranty was introduced for all polar TV sets; it means that during the period buyers now have the right for free services if they discover any malfunctioning in the tvs we have produced. We are happy to report that such cases are quite rare.

Currently the polar TV models comprise of several series: Optimum+, ultima, neo, exclusive, combo tv-dvd and automobile lcd-tv models.
