Company Description

POWER METAL LTD leading foundry producing high quality secondary aluminium alloys&billets&deoxidants& primary zinc alloys. We have been producing all types of aluminium and zinc alloys in our factory having a closed area of 10.000 square-meter.
Our production capacity is 12.000 MT aluminium ingot and 6.000 MT zinc alloy(zamak) per annum. We have been supplying our alloys to automotive and durable goods manufacturing companies in the domestic market and world-wide. Our main customers are the leading companies in their sectors in domestic and foreign markets.
Total quality management(tqm) is our main philosophy to create an efficient way of realizing our goals in business with our suppliers, staff, customers altogether. We believe in that quality can be assured by co-operating all parties from raw material suppliers to customers.

Quality
Our company has ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance certificate registered on august the 8th 2002 by wcs(world certification service) united kingdom. Also we have tse certificate proving that our goods are manufactured in conformity with turkish standardization organization.
We are very committed to the quality standards to fulfill our customers requirements. In order to implement a reliable processing system and maintain a sustainable satisfaction in the quality of our alloys, we have installed a spectrometer model arl 3460 in our factory to keep the chemical analysis of the materials under control at every stages and the steps of our production process.
Products
Our product line consist of all types of secondary aluminium alloyed ingots& billets& deoxidants zamak 3 and zamak 5. Also we can produce aluminium tubes and mills too. Furthermore, we can produce any type of aluminium& zinc alloy ingots according to our customers requirements. Aluminium alloyed ingots are produced in accordance with international standards. Ingots weighing between 5 -10 KG are bundled with steel straps from 500 KG up to 1000 KG each and can be easily loaded by a forklift or a crane.
