The specialized loading automobiles deliver the hard waste as stipulated in the contracts. At the entrance of the site a security check is carried out of each vehicle which includes checking the license plates and measuring the load. The waste is unloaded into a specially constructed for the purpose building, with flat floor. The access to the platform in the building is through a door, with special operational mechanism (e.g. a simple traffic-light appliance), to avoid overloading the platform or a collision of vehicles. The manufacturing process includes: delivery of waste, separation, processing, storage and transporting the materials for secondary processing. The waste on the platform is loaded into waste containers through a front loader with a front bucket and transportation conveyer. The driver of the truck is informed when to begin the process of loading. The period for filling one 20 tonnes autoclave lasts approximately 10 min. After unloading the waste on the platform, the trucks go through a specially designated zone for cleaning and washing the tyres. The platform for cleaning is constructed in such a way that the waste waters go to an installed calo-oil absorber for primary-mechanical cleansing of the waters. The waste precipitants in the facility are stored in metal cylinders. If present, the quicksilver lamps in the general waste are also stored in metal cylinders. Both types of waste are with hazardous character and are stored on a platform specially designated for storage of such waste. Oversized waste such as domestic appliances, furniture, mattresses, carpets etc. are removed and stored in a designated place, before the beginning of the loading of the container. The waste from the container enters for a consequent processing through a tilted conveyer transporter. The domestic waste contains around 50% inert materials (metal, plastic, glass, textile) and around 50% organic fibre, which can be reused. Подробнее здесь: *****
