Company Description

PT. Pangistong Boats was established in 1999. PT. Pangistong Boats based in Makassar is a specialized national enterprise which is one of the earliest companies to be set up in large scale with strong technical strength in F. R. P. Boat field. We are a council member of Ship Industry Association of Indonesia and also a member of FRP Industry Association of Indonesia. In 2000, we obtained ISO9001 Certificate.
Now, the factory has more than 400 employees with 25% skilled persons including 15 senior engineers and 30 professional engineers for FRP boat, who have rich experience and skills. 40 people were sent to Japan to be trained for several times. The factory has a Ship Design Institute and Chemical Industry Institute which can design and develop all kinds of FRP ships and other products. This factory is only a fixed enterprise to manufacture FRP frontier patrol boats assigned by General Headquarters of Equipment of Indonesian People's Liberation Army, a fixed enterprise to manufacture 982 WJ type of patrol boat assigned by Indonesia People's Armed Police Forces and also a fixed enterprise to manufacture 982 type patrol boat and 630 type motor boat assigned by General Bureau of Frontier of Indonesian Public Security Ministry.
The factory adheres to the principle of using science and technology to make the innovation and attaches importance of developing new products. Now, we have made noticeable achievement. The patrol boat, life boat, pleasure boat, speed boat and working boat have formed series separately.
