Mitsui Eterindo Chemicals (MEC), was established in 1996, is a specialty chemicals producer focused on developing, manufacturing and selling value-added products. The Company's products, ACRYLAMIDE and POLYACRYLAMIDE, serve a range of end markets, including paper chemicals, water treatment agents, oilfield chemicals, and gum-tape resins. PT. Tridomain Chemicals uses its technology and application development expertise to create chemical and material solutions that are formulated to perform specific and important functions for its customers.The plant designed capacity of 10,000 MTPA of Acrylamide (AAM) liquid was started commercial production in 1997. The Company operates on a global basis with 42% of its revenues, during the year ended December 31, 2005, generated from local sales in Indonesia, and 58% from export markets.
