QingYang Tianping Machinery Manufactory Co., LTD is located in Yongsheng industry park, Muzhen town, Chizhou city, Anhui province, which near the beautiful JiuHua Mountain and 2-3 hQingYang Tianping Machinery Manufactory Co., LTDs to Shanghai and Nanjing, having good location and transportation. TianPing, a manufacturer engaged in smelting, casting, machining and weighing apparatus producing, mainly produce parts whose materials are QT400-18/15、450-10、500-7、550-5、600-3 ductile iron as provisions in GB/T 1348-2009, and HT200/250/300/350 gray cast iron as provisions in HT200/250/300/350. Our products include engineering forklift parts and weighing sensor parts, bearing seats for overload protection, brake wheel hubs for elevator and the parts according to customers ‘ requirements. Our yearly production capacity is 30000 ton , and annual sales revenue is RMB20 million .We have more than 400 staffs, including 80 technicians. The total area of the plants and office buildings is 360, 000 square meters. In the past over ten years, TianPing develop quickly. Now, we are the main supplier of many manufacturing companies such as HangCha Group, HeCha forklift, Keli Sensing Technology (Ningbo) etc., enjoying high reputation in this area. The technical centre is established in 2008, owning 26 technicians, two of them are senior engineers, four of them are engineers, eight of them are assistant engineers, training and attracted and introducing a batch of quality control and management talents, to form professional and experienced management team. Tool machine production line、LFC production line、Iron mold coated sand production line, these different three kinds of casting production line all achieve advanced equipment level. As the market and production scale become larger and larger, from 2010, TianPing took 18 months and invest RMB 8 million to build a new high grade and standard mechanical processing plant with 15000 square meters, which is very attractive in the industrial zone. This complete supporting system with comprehensive and advanced smelting and casting, mechanical processing, fabrication producing has been formed, that greatly increase the competition of the products. Tianping was rated as Anhui Casting Enterprise Top 10 in 2008, set up quality assurance and management system, and adopted the ISO9001 international quality system certification.
