Far East Ecopack first began in 1992 as a research and development firm specializing in molded fiber equipment technologies. By 1995, Far East had begun to offer equipment and technical support for domestic and overseas manufacturers. Far East Ecopack also began to produce its own sugarcane-bagasse tableware, exporting to Japan, Europe, America, and the Middle-East. To this day, most manufacturers in this industry use machines manufactured by Far East Ecopack. Far East continues to set the industry standard in both machine equipment and Sugarcane-bagasse tableware production. Far East Ecopack is ISO9001, ISO14000, NSF and Silliker Factory Audit (HACCP) approved. Our sugarcane-bagasse products meet ASTM D6868 & EN13432 standards for compostability, are FDA-approved and are certified by BRC and SGS. Our products are currently undergoing the BPI and OK Compost certification process.
