RIIA Metals International Pte Ltd (hereafter called "RIIA")is a Singapore incorporated company, established in October 2012. RIIA Metals International Pte Ltd act primarily as a sales agency platform for our international suppliers in the sourcing & selling of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, metallurgical grade minerals and energy/fuel products in the South-East Asia, North-East Asia and the Greater China regions. RIIA&＃039;s trading experience in these markets has spanned more than 16 years, whereby good and sound rapports have been established with the local end-consumers in these markets. You will agree with us, a lot of the commodity businesses are conducted based on mutual trust and understanding – and we are confident our experience in these market places will greatly assist you to secure a pool of reliable buyers and/or sellers, in an expeditious manner. Based in Singapore, and with the advantage of working in the Asian trading time-zone, RIIA is able to provide you, our clients, with the following services: 1. Sourcing & Sales of primary raw materials Product portfolio includes - Primary aluminium ingots of P1020 / P0610 / P1320 grades, - Primary aluminium billets , diameters from 3.5” upto 10”, of 6063/6061/6082/6005 alloy and other specialty alloys, - Primary aluminium foundry alloy ingots of A356.2, Al Si 7 or Si11 alloy - Aluminium sheets and foils products of alloy series 1050/1070/3003/5052/8011 - Metallurgical grade aluminium – oxide (Alumina) and Bauxite - Copper Cathode Grade A, 99.95% Cu - SHG / HG –grade Zinc ingots 99.995% and 99.99% - HG –grade Lead Ingots 99.97% - Thermal Coal, Coking Coal and Metallurgical Coke 2. Sourcing & Sales of secondary raw materials Products portfolio includes - Secondary aluminium ingots of ADC12, AK5M2 grades - Off-grade aluminium (A0, A5 grades) ingots/sows/Tbars , as per GOST specifications - Various forms of aluminium scrap ( example: taint & tabor, castings, 6063 extrusion scrap, tense, turning & boring, litho) - various forms of copper scrap (mill berry, birch, enamelled wires) 3. New product design and development We undertake turnkey projects to assist prospective clients looking to outsource new product design and development in the South East Asian or Greater China region. Based on the clients’ request, we will assist with the conduct of due diligences, and propose a suitable Asian partner who will meet the criteria of our clients. 4. Total Logistics Solution We can provide the following logistical support for various types of metal shipments: - point-to-point transport arrangements, - general-purpose container consolidation services for metals, port-side stevedoring services - packaging / strapping services of metals - warehousing & distribution services of metals - cargo survey and inspection services for metal shipments at port of arrival. 5. Financing arrangements for raw materials We work with clients to understand their financial situations and through our associations with various financial instituitions, recommend the appropriate type of financial instruments best suited to the client’s funding needs and requirements.
