The Italian member of this Committee is CEI (Italian Electrotechnical Committee). Purpose of CENELEC is to draw up standards and rules and standardise them at European level, and to work in strict co-operation with the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) to let them acknowledged and applied at a world-wide level. We design and manufacture their transformers in compliance with the European standards issued by CENELEC and in conformity with the Low-voltage EEC-Directive LV73/23/EEC and 93/68/EEC. Some of our models are also ENEC (IMQ)-certified for compliance with these rules.
