Dear Madam / Sir, Rustemoglu Tarim pleased to introduce ourselves as a main exporter of olives and olive oils. Our company is located in Antakya, province of Hatay, Turkey and our cultivations are in Altınözü area nears the Syrian border. We have 70, 000 olive trees and have been producing olives and high quality olive oils for the last three generations. Starting with the oldest methods of oil production, we have been continuously upgrading ourselves with the latest modern technology, preserving our reputed quality and grade as in its first day. Due to the climate of our region, weather and soil properties the olive and the olive oil are produced with very high quality. With our production and the productions of others in our area, each year we produce an average of 200 tons of olive oil at the highest quality and aroma. This year’s production of olive oil analysis results is, free fatty acid maximum 0.56, the number of peroxide is up to 12 and trilinolein is measured as at most 0.29. We have the capability to bottle our olive oil production in 250 to 1000 ml glass bottles, in 1000 ml plastic bottles and in 5000 to 15000 ml tin cans. As alternate option, we can offer also in barrels as bulk shipments.
