The smallest that can be done is a 10B contract where you would have to tranche at 100MM.

POF are required in the form of CD or BG, MT103/23 or other secured and blocked formats as may be agreed on. There is no bank to bank, pinging, BCL, tear Sheet or other non tangible POF. HoSafewest Acquisitions, LLCver, we do NOT require POF in advance of having a countersigned contract.

The seller does not speak to potential clients until they have provided a complete submission package, LOI and non solicitation letter but we can set up a call with the direct representative for the platform if needed prior to that.

We can also bring instrument owners (MTN's, BG's, etc) into trade. We have connections to 50 trading platforms and can get leased instruments.
