The details we would firstly like to find out are: product specifications (inclusive of product analysis report, SGS/CIQ report, business contract sample and etc.), delivery lead-time, available quantity to supply us per year, payment term & conditions and please quote your best FOB price (not C&F) in USD. We could start business immediately if you had physical stock for immediate shipment. We could negotiate about yearly contract at the matured period of our business.We wish to deal with company that could offer us huge quantity with first-hand/factory price. Payment is 95% by L/C at sight (issued at first-class bank in Hong Kong) after inspection of goods by our agents/representatives dispatched to your mining site and shipping port; balance of 5% by T/T after CIQ inspection at our port.
