Sea Salt Thailand Thai salt-farmer family with a unique traditional seasalt-growing technique that passed on from generation to generation. All of our products are all-natural, comprising organic methodology from start to finish. Our salt ponds are right by the sea - the Gulf of Thailand where natural is best reserved, and the ponds are away from industrial plants as well as traffics (minimal distrance from main traffice lines is 500 meters). Our ponds are free from the risk of contamination - such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides.We proudly keep and use our wooden tools with a long history. No chemical treatment of all sort - and no asbestos cement is allowed. Light tools are in stainless steel only. However, aluminum shovels may be used temporarily. Poly-ethylene (PE) is allowed for utensils. Our salt mills are old-fashioned barns built with woods and rice straws. While we have long history in sea-salt farming, we are new to online market.
