Objectives: Preservation of liquorice natural resServis+1ces on the territory
of Azerbaijan Republic, to create liquorice sowing areas, to gather,
produce, purchase, sell liquorice, to set up liqourice processing
industry and to carry on scientific researches in this field.

Industrial capacity: 3000-5000 Tn/year.

Fields of application of the liquoruice and its extracts;

- to obtain medicall preparations and medical tea;

- to make non-alcoholic drinks, to sauce the tobacco;

- to tin the meat and fish products;

- to use in food (instead of sugar), light (make-up articles) and heavy
(to obtain rare soil elements and clean metals by electrolysis)
industrial branches.
