Shaanxi Huadian Corporation was established on January 23,1998, it is a limited responsibility company.
Based on several large state-owned company and famous designing institutes, Shaanxi Huadian Corporation have a complete system of product manufacturing, quality controlling, after-sales service and have provided equipment for the clients in iron and steel industry, non-ferrous metal industry, energy resources industry.
For forge casting parts, we have 50t and 30t high impedence electric arc furnace, 60t LFV and 40t LFV double working position of the refining furnace and 90t and 60t vacuum ingot casting equipment. So that we can produce 200t castings and 100t forging steel ingots.
For large forging parts, we have 80/72MN hydraulic forging press and 1250KN/300KNM hydraulic forging operation machine with relative lifting equipment, heating furnace and heat treating furnace, so that we can provide rolls, cylinders forgings, gears and shafts, turbine shafts, rotors, petrochemical flanges, and three-henselae forgings.
We can also prodvide welding parts below 60t and can take postweld treatment according to the customer's requirements.
At present, we can supply heavy casting parts, forging parts, welding parts and proccessing parts according to customer's drawings.
