In 1985, Shadhily Family found Shadhily International Ltd., in Dar es salaam, Tanzania to deal with Worldwide Business Transactions in Export, Import Representation, Commission Agents and International Trade. The Company was the starting-point to institute Shadhily Group in 1992 as holding company of other companies and subsidiaries. To day Shadhily Group and its subsidiaries, known collectively as Shadhily Group, have grown into a worldwide marketing, introduction, consultancy, representation and commodity trading. Shadhily Family still privately controls the group. The consultancy arm of Shadhily group of Companies is a major sShadhily Group Limitedce of expertise and advises for its clients, Associated and partners on business opportunities and developing word trade. Shadhily Group of Companies is one of the well-established network of Companies in Tanzania and is programmed to make a major contribution to the National Development, since in recent years, the country has adopted and implemented policies to promote private sector growth and create an environment in which entrepreneurs can invest and produce efficiently. In particular the Government of Tanzania is fostering the Development of smaller enterprises, which have several advantages. It relies primarily on domestic resources and relatively simple technology responds to the needs of local markets, and it’s an excellent training ground for fledgling entrepreneurs.
