Shandong Kaiyuan composite materials Co., Ltd,founded in september 2010, located in the East second loop(Provincial Road S333),Guan county of Shandong province, is a collectivized company which concentrates on research, manufacture and sales of Cold Rolled steel Sheet,galvanized steel sheet,prepainted steel sheet and kitchen household appliances. There are over 200 workers and more than 30 senior managers and technical personnels, Shandong Kaiyuan Composite Materials Co., Ltd. registered capital is 90 million. Covering an area of 750,000m2,including building area of 30000 m2. With a beautiful geographical environment, we are one of the most potential high-technical companies in northern China. With a total investment of 3,500 million RMB, we&＃39;ve achieved to build in the Phase I project a set of push-pull pickling line with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons; designed and produced by Beijing Central Engineering and Research Incorporation of Iron and Steel Industry, type 1450 single reversing cold rolling production line and type 1100 single reversing cold rolling production line can produce precise sheets of 700mm-1300mm in width and 0.13mm-2.0mm in thickness,the annual output can reach 400,000 tons. Adopted domestic advanced production technology and equipments, we have newly established a steel strip slitting shears line, 8 sets of bell-type annealing furnace production line, a tension leveler production line, a skin pass production line and a degreased line.Till now all of these equipments began production. Based on the cold rolled steel sheet, we can produce the specification range of galvanized steel sheet and prepainted steel sheet : Thickness 0.13 mm - 1.0 mm /width 600 mm - 1250 mm.Zinc spangle and color can be controlled according to each customer&＃39;s requirements.In view of the increase of demand for corrugated steel sheet, our company introduced the advanced numerical controlled cutting machine and corrugating machine, we can accurately adjust the corrugated shape, include the pitch and height of the wave.The common size of corrugated steel sheet for export: Before corrugated-width 762 mm/after corrugated-width 665 mm, 9 wave;Before corrugated-width 914 mm/after corrugated-width 800mm,11 wave;Before corrugated-width 1000 mm/after corrugated-width 890-900 mm, 12 wave, etc.Corrugating machine have improved our company&＃39;s production chain, and make our products more competitive.
