Established a new factory in 2012, Shenyang Yuancheng Friction & Sealing Material Co., Ltd. locates in the Jinhai economic and technological development zone, Shenyang, with registered capital of 30 million RMB Yuan. Covered with an area of 26,000 square meters, of which, 17,000 square meters is plant area. Now, Shenyang Yuancheng Friction & Sealing Material Co., Ltd. have the 300 employees totally, with 50 million RMB Yuan fixed assets and 70 million RMB Yuan existing assets.

We are a key manufacture of friction sealing material products in the nationwide, also are an export base of friction sealing material products. The main production equipments and testing equipments are imported from Germany. Since 2011, we introduced the German formula technology of brake shoe of high-speed train from German FRICMDCO company, the product quality and performance meet the requirements of the Union Internationale des Chemins de Fer (UIC) standards. Trusted by our customers, our products are mainly supported with both domestic and international famous automobile manufacturers, reaching FF and FE grade.

At present, we have 16 sets domestic leading equipments, including Klaus tester and 1:1 inertial brake test bench etc. Nowadays, we have the annual production capacity of 1.2 million key products and one million brake shoes. Our products are mainly exported to Russia, Australia, Canada, Egypt, Iran, UAE, Syria, Jordan, Uruguay, Philippines, Indonesia and other countries and regions, with $USD10 million of annual production and export for earning foreign exchange.

Currently, taking the domestic enterprises supporting and export trade as main business, the company has established cooperative relationship with Changchun Passenger Coach Factory under China CNR Corporation Limited, Tangshan Railway Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. etc. Regarding industry competitiveness, we have already ranked inside the top six. And our products are successfully exported into Europe and Southeast Asia market and so on. Meanwhile, we are the main supplier of the Indonesian National Railway.
