Edcine make Aluminum oxide ceramic insulator with thickness from 0.3mm to 4.5m, they are widely used for TO-220, TO-247, TO-3, TO-3P, TO-264, TO-218, TO-254, TO-257, TO-258semiconductor. Our thermal grease is superior in thermal conductivity, electronically insulation, weather resistance, physiology inertia, and it has smaller surface tension. It is non-corrosive and is an ideal thermal interface material for electronic parts. Our products have passed the environmental test by SGS and all our products are in accordance with ROHS.
