The chips, ASM automobile lines, testing machines and sorting equipment are introduced from Taiwan area and Japan and are SGS approved. What's more, from IQC, IPQC to PQC and FQC, all production stages are under inspection of 50 QC staff members. All our products have five years of warranty.

With the 10,000 square meters of factory area and 500 practical workers, we have 6 ASM automobile lines including 6 die-bonding automatic machines, 2 wire-bonding auto-machines, 2 encapsulating auto-machines, 2 color-sorting machines, 1 huge-volume baking machine and 1 pin-cutting auto-machine, which ensure our monthly output of 500 million pieces of LED lamps or 5 million pieces of high power LED lamps. Equipped with a strong sample-making team, we only need 3 days to finish sample production after getting the indication from customers.
