The payout period for this opportunity is 3.8 years with $12,700,000 in cash reserve after 5 years. The federal and state governments are encouraging the entrance into this industry through grants and loans. We submit our application to the USDA on June 8th, 2007 for a grant of $500,000 and a guaranteed loan of $2,500,000. Every thing is in place for us to quality for the incentives. With the application we will need to submit a letter listing the remaining 25% equity share members and the two Board of Director seats associated with their investment. These members will need a "commit to loan" letter from their bank. It basically states that they have qualified to secure a loan in the amount of $5,500,000. Without this letter we cannot transfer the 25% equity share which will to be included in the USDA application by June 8th, 2007.
