Company Description

Established in 1995, Sichuan Jinxing Compressor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JX) is a group company specialized in R&D and manufacturing CNG compressors and its matching equipment as priority control panel, storage cylinder, gas fueling and defueling column, and dispenser, processing compressor for oil and gas field, refining and petrochemical, coalbed methane and power generation. JX is China largest manufacturing and export base of CNG filling station using compressors with annual sales revenue of one billion RMB, annual output of 800 units various compressors, and has 800 employees.

JX is a state-level high-tech enterprise, a member of the AQSIQ, the national compressor standardization technical committee, the vice chairman of China General Machinery Industry Association, Compressor Branch, the vice chairman of the Sichuan Clean Auto Industry Association, the main organization unit of the "Natural Gas Compressor for CNG Station" Industrial Standard.

So far, JX has five production bases. The first (110 acres) lies in Chengdu Jinniu High-Tech Development Park, undertaking innovative R&D and new trial production of various compressors. The second (150 acres) is in Chengdu Modern Industrial Park, machining, final assembly and testing of compressor's parts. The third (80 acres) is in Western Distract of Chengdu High-Tech Development Zone, designing and manufacturing of various pressure vessels. The fourth (180 acres) is in Western District of Deyang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Sichuan, specialized in parts' founding, forging and heat treatment. The fifth is in Chengdu Tianfu New Area, manufacturing oil field heavy equipment and oil exploitation equipment.

Mainly processing and testing equipment is: large NC Longmen boring and milling machine, the processing machinery, 8m CNC crankshaft grinding machine, 7m Pullman, 2.5m vertical lathe, three coordinates detector, laser collimator's tester.

Insisting on "products reflect moral quality and quality is life" quality policy, JX took the lead passing ISO9001 in 2002 and GB/T28001 in 2008. Also, JX got ASME U, U2 and field installation certificates one-time simultaneously in 2013. Product performance is excellent and quality is reliable so that JX has won "Sichuan famous brand product" title in consecutive five periods.

JX has been awarded four honors: Sichuan provincial Technical Center, Sichuan provincial Post-doctor Innovation Practice Base, Chengdu CNG compressor Engineering Technology Research Center, and Chengdu Expert Academician Innovation Work Station. In addition, we have established close cooperation relation in producing and researching with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Guangxi University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Southwest Petroleum University.

JX has first-class technology R&D team consisting famous experts and professors in compressor manufacturing industry. With over 80 full-time professional R&D personnel, among them are 6 senior engineers with professor title and 5 experts who enjoys the State Council allowance. JX has got more than 50 items national invention patent and patent for utility model, such as, Energy-saving Compressor Used in CNG Daughter Station for Vehicle, and CNG Mother Station for Gas refueling. Our products have been listed in national plan many times: Key New Product Plan and Revitalizing Trade through S&T Plan and National Torch Plan.
