Specifically, Solomon Search achieved "Nano structure corrosion and wear resistance coating technology for semiconductor equipment parts", an epoch-making and unique spraying coating application technology of nano material, (applicable to others industry like as biotech, chemical and machine industry etc.) an outcome of the 21st Frontier Development Project commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
