We have four strategically located sprawling plants at Greater Noida (UP), Bahadurgarh (Haryana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu) & Jammu (J & K). Our Compounding Plants have state of art production & testing facilities, which have made us the largest supplier of Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Compounds in the country catering mainly to Footwear Industry, besides being a major player in Polypropylene (PP) based compounds for automobiles Industry, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Compounds for FMCG segment & High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) compounds for Appliances sector & Engineering Plastic Compounds for Electrical & Electronics Industry. Our Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) compounds & Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) compounds are exported to a large number of Asian & European countries and are used in upper end finished products that are further exported to European & North American markets. We have entered into a Joint Venture with Sound group of China for setting up Injection Moulding Machine assembling Plant in India. We have already sold over 400 Injection Moulding Machine in a period of 2 years including Indias largest Injection Moulding with a clamping force of 3800 Tons as a Turnkey Project. Our brand SPERENE consists of various tailor made compounds based on the chemistries of Styrene Block Copolymers (SBC), Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene (SEBS), Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), Polyolefins (TPO), Polystyrenes, Nylons, Polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). SPERENE TPR: Thermoplastic Rubber Custom compounds based on SBC chemistry Hardness range: 5-100 Shore A Service temperature range: -40 to 700C SPERENE TPE: Thermoplastic Elastomers Highly engineered compounds based on SBC, SEBS and SIS chemistry. Hardness range: 5-95 Shore A Service temperature range: -60 to 1200C Excellent weatherability & UV resistance SPERENE TPU: Thermoplastic Urethane Compound High performance thermoplastic elastomers compound. Hardness range: 50 Shore A to 60 Shore D. SPERENE TPO: Thermoplastic Polyolefins Tailored compounds based on the Polyolefins (Polyethylene & Polypropylene) chemistry modified by elastomers (SBC, EPDM, HNBR) and mechanically reinforced with different types of fillers (CaCo3, Mica, Talc, Glass fibers).
SPERENE HP: Engineering Plastics Compounding High performance engineering plastics compound based on the chemistries of nylon 6 & 66, polycarbonate, PBT, ABS and blends modified with different additives & fillers specifically for end use properties requirements.

The soles made out of our TPR is utilized by brands like Diechmann, Clarks, Peterblack, Wall mart, Adelchi, Filanto, Bata, Effgee, SGM, COREPLAST, DAMI, SIBEL DUE, MALASPINA, MONDIAL etc. We have vide range of grades in Black, various colors, transparent, Honey / amber , cork, expanded TPR.
