The style & fabric are analyzed to confirm if the given style is best produced with the supplier. Any new or difficult fabric is discussed to see how this fabric to be handled during production. If require fabric in-charge will conduct fabric inspection prior to production starts. Our Q A department decides what would be the best washing-procedure for each garment. These suggestions are then forwarded to the Merchandiser to get buyers approval. Initial inspection is held on the first few production pieces. The idea is to control problems at the very onset so that we can avoid problems during & after production. (This is not possible for very small runs & is not insisted upon the repeat orders.) In-line inspections are carried out for all articles. No shipment is allowed for final inspection without In-line or Mid inspection. Final inspections are held at the concerned factories by our ***** team. AQL levels of 2.5 & 4 are used depending on the style.
