Stil Metal San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti mainly specialized on cold wire drawing, wire straightening & cutting, wire flattening and wire annealing. We produce normal, bathed, bright, extrabright and annealed wires with 2 to 14 mm diameters and straight bars in 20 to 4.500 mm lengths. Together with ordinary round sections we also manufacture square, hexagonal, octagonal, oval, half-oval, half-round, triangular, keystone, and flat shaped sections with various sizes. The raw materials used in our manufacturing program are generally low, high carbon steels and free cutting steels. Also special coatings as copper and phosphate can be applied according to customer requests. In addition, we are capable of producing cold formed various shaped sections of non-iron metals such as copper, aluminium and brass.
