I am a principal of Summit Oil Consulting, summitoilconsulting.com, and I
noticed ySummit Oil Consulting LLC posting for crude oil products. I have attached hereto
procedures for BLCO CIF 9/6 with an upfront 2 percent PB. When the SPA is
issued it will include a verifiable ATS with the NNPC as an attachment, and
will list in the SPA the seller's bulk allocation which can be verified
with NNPC or London shell screen. Once SPA is signed, seller's bank will
lodge with buyer's bank 2 percent PB. Thus the buyer will be able to
establish upfront both the legitimacy of the buyer and allocation. Please
review the procedures, and if interested we can send SPA to proceed. We can
also do FOB and TTO if you are interested.
