Supreme Heatreaters Private Limited setting up we setting up our own steel mill with a capacity of 600 Mtons per month. Having 2 induction furnaces of 1, 600 kgs each (operational by june 2007) , roughing & rolling mill for sizes 10-90 mm (operational by september 2007) and esr furnaces of 120-300 mm (operational by october 2007)
We will primarily produce stainless steel (200, 300, 400 series) , high speed steel (m2, m35, m 42) and tool steels (h11, h13, d2)
To ensure material of the highest quality we have a trained and experienced staff and our in house laboratory is equipped with a columbus spectrometer, Olympus make ck 40 microscope, hardness testing m / c. 40t uts machine & chemical composition testing by wet analysis.
